Return Policy

At BJ's Home Goods, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free return process. Please review our return policy below:

Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging and tags attached.
- Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items marked as final sale

Return Process
1. Submit a Return Request: Contact our customer service team at bjshomegoods@gmail.com to initiate a return. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Receive Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions.
3. Ship Your Return: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, include the RA number, and ship it to the provided return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
4. Inspection and Refund: Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process to receive a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
